I have purchased an Iphone from Singtel in 2010. At first, I thought I can do nothing about it when it has a very short call alert. I was so short that after a few rings, it would drop the call.
After some time, I decided to give Singtel a call to find out what to do. After enquiring, I found out that we can actually set our Iphone for a longer call alert. The maximum is 30 sec.
The code for singtel to ring longer is as follows:-
**61*1389*11*30# (Click ´call´ after you key in these code)
You can now call your Iphone and you would notice it can ring longer now.If you are using Starhub or M1, I believe you just need to give the support counter a call and they should be able to give you the code easily.
